Returns and Refunds Policy

Overview

At Dandelion Wedding Studio, we sell digital wedding website and stationery templates. Because our products are digital and are delivered electronically, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical products.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Returns and Refunds Policy.

Digital Products

All products sold by Dandelion Wedding Studio are digital products. No physical item will be shipped.

Our products may include, but are not limited to:

Editable Canva wedding website templates
Editable Templett stationery templates
Printable wedding stationery templates
PDF guides and instructions
Google RSVP form guidance
Digital downloads, files, links or access instructions

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed or made available to you, it is considered fulfilled.

No Returns on Digital Products

Because our products are digital, we do not accept returns.

You cannot return a digital template, download, file, link, guide or access instruction once it has been provided to you.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered once your order has been completed and access to the product has been provided.

Refunds will not be given where:

You changed your mind after purchase
You purchased the wrong product
You expected a physical item to be shipped
You did not read the product description before purchasing
You no longer need the template
You do not have access to the required third-party platform, such as Canva or Templett
You are unfamiliar with how to use Canva, Templett, Google Forms or other third-party tools
You are unhappy with a third-party platform that is outside our control
You do not like the design after purchase, where the product was accurately shown and described
You made an error while editing the template
You made a spelling, wording, date, colour, layout or printing mistake
You printed the file before checking or approving the final version
Your printer, print shop, paper choice, screen settings or device caused colour or quality differences

When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:

You were charged more than once for the same product by mistake
You purchased the same product twice in error
You did not receive access to the digital product and we are unable to resolve the issue
The product has a technical issue caused by us that prevents access or use, and we are unable to fix it
You were sent the wrong product and we are unable to provide the correct product

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us so we can help resolve it.

Access Issues

If you do not receive your order confirmation, download link, template link or access instructions, please first check your spam, junk or promotions folder.

If you still cannot find your order details, contact us using the email address below and include:

Your full name
Your order number
The email address used at checkout
A brief description of the issue

We will do our best to help you access your purchased product.

Third-Party Platforms

Some products require the use of third-party platforms such as Canva, Templett, Google Forms, Google Sheets or similar tools.

These platforms are not owned or controlled by Dandelion Wedding Studio. We are not responsible for:

Platform outages
Login issues
Account restrictions
Changes to third-party features
Interface changes
Browser or device compatibility issues
Internet connection problems
Customer account issues with Canva, Templett, Google or any other third-party provider

A refund will not be provided because of a third-party platform issue that is outside our control. However, where possible, we will try to guide you toward a practical solution.

Editing, Proofreading and Printing Responsibility

Our templates are designed to be edited by the customer.

You are responsible for checking all wording, spelling, names, dates, times, venue details, RSVP information, website links, colours, layout, image placement, sizing and print settings before downloading, printing, sending or sharing your final design.

Dandelion Wedding Studio is not responsible for errors that remain in the final file after you have edited, downloaded, printed, sent or shared it.

If you choose to print your stationery, we recommend doing a test print or requesting a print proof before printing a full order.

Colour and Print Variations

Colours may appear differently on different screens, devices and browsers. Printed colours may also vary depending on the printer, paper type, ink quality, colour settings and print supplier used.

Refunds will not be provided for colour differences between the digital preview and printed result.

Customisation Support

Your purchase includes access to the digital template and any included instructions or guides stated on the product page.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, your purchase does not include custom design work, personal editing services, printing services, one-on-one setup, or changes made by Dandelion Wedding Studio on your behalf.

Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

Final Decision

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund is at the discretion of Dandelion Wedding Studio, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
