Welcome to Dandelion Wedding Studio. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Dandelion Wedding Studio. These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website, online store, products, digital templates, downloads, links, guides, resources and related services.

Dandelion Wedding Studio sells editable digital wedding website and stationery templates. Our products may include, but are not limited to, Canva website templates, Templett stationery templates, printable wedding stationery, digital guides, Google RSVP form instructions and other digital resources related to wedding planning and stationery.

By visiting our website, browsing our store, placing an order or using any of our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced on our website, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or purchasing from us. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access our website or purchase our products.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services to you.

Section 1 - Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this website or our products on devices you own, purchase or manage.

To browse our store, place an order or access your digital products, you may be asked to provide certain information, including your name, email address, billing information and payment details. You agree that all information you provide to us is accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for ensuring that the email address used at checkout is correct. Digital products, access links, instructions and order confirmations may be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or share your account with another person.

Section 2 - Our Products

Dandelion Wedding Studio sells digital products only. No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page.

Our products may include editable digital templates, downloadable files, links to third-party editing platforms, instructions, guides and related digital resources. These products are designed to help customers create, edit, print and share their own wedding websites and wedding stationery.

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. However, product images, previews, mockups and descriptions are for display and marketing purposes only. Colours, layout appearance, print results and final presentation may vary depending on your device, screen settings, browser, printer, paper choice, ink quality, photo quality, third-party platform settings and the way you edit the template.

You are responsible for checking all wording, spelling, dates, names, venue details, RSVP details, print sizes, colours and final files before printing, sending or sharing your design. We are not responsible for errors that remain in a template after you have edited, downloaded, printed, sent or shared it.

Some templates may require basic editing by the customer. By purchasing from us, you understand that you are buying an editable digital product and that you are responsible for personalising the template for your own wedding or event.

All product descriptions, pricing, product availability and product content may be changed, updated or discontinued at any time without notice.

Section 3 - Digital Delivery

All products sold by Dandelion Wedding Studio are digital products. No physical item will be posted, couriered or delivered to you.

After your purchase is completed, you will receive access to your digital product through one or more of the following methods: your order confirmation page, your order confirmation email, a downloadable file, a PDF instruction guide, a template access link, a third-party platform link or another digital delivery method stated on the product page.

Delivery of digital products is usually automatic, but delays may occur due to payment processing, email filtering, incorrect email addresses, technical issues or third-party platform delays.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address used at checkout is correct and accessible. If you do not receive your order confirmation or digital access details, you should first check your spam, junk or promotions folder before contacting us.

We are not responsible for delays or access issues caused by incorrect customer information, email filtering, customer device issues, customer internet connection, third-party platform outages or technical issues outside our reasonable control.

Section 4 - Orders

When you place an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected digital product. Your order is accepted once payment has been processed and order confirmation has been issued.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because our products are digital and may be delivered automatically, we may be unable to cancel, change or refund an order once access has been provided.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, misuse, pricing errors, unauthorised resale, breach of these Terms or any other issue that may affect our business or customers.

Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange or refund once access has been provided, except where required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

You confirm that any products purchased from Dandelion Wedding Studio are for your own personal wedding or event use only and not for commercial resale, redistribution, sharing, copying or use as part of a paid service.

Section 5 - Prices and Billing

All prices are listed on our website and may be changed at any time without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, unless there is an obvious error.

Prices may be shown in a specific currency depending on your location, payment provider or store settings. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include any taxes, duties, bank charges, payment provider fees or currency conversion fees that may apply to your purchase.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information for all orders placed through our store. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is true and complete.

We are not responsible for any additional charges applied by your bank, card provider, payment processor or currency conversion service.

Promotions, discounts and special offers may be changed, withdrawn or ended at any time. If separate terms apply to a promotion, those promotion terms will apply in addition to these Terms.

Section 6 - Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Some of our products require or include access to third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to Canva, Templett, Google Forms, Google Sheets, Shopify, payment providers and other digital services.

These third-party platforms are not owned or controlled by Dandelion Wedding Studio. By purchasing and using our products, you understand that you may need to create an account, log in, accept separate terms, use specific software, access the internet or follow the technical requirements of the relevant third-party platform.

We are not responsible for changes, outages, errors, removed features, account issues, login problems, platform restrictions, pricing changes or service interruptions caused by any third-party platform.

Any use of third-party tools, platforms or websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms, privacy policies and conditions of those third-party providers.

Where we provide instructions for third-party platforms, those instructions are intended to help you use the purchased product. However, third-party platforms may change their interface, features or processes at any time, and we cannot guarantee that screenshots, wording or instructions will always match the latest version of the platform.

Section 7 - Template Editing and Customer Responsibility

Our products are designed to be edited by the customer. You are responsible for personalising your template, reviewing all details and ensuring the final version is correct before printing, publishing, sending or sharing.

This includes, but is not limited to, checking names, dates, times, addresses, spelling, grammar, RSVP details, website links, venue information, accommodation details, dress codes, menu choices, colours, layout, image placement, sizing and print settings.

We are not responsible for printing errors, spelling mistakes, incorrect details, colour differences, layout changes, low-resolution images, formatting issues or any costs resulting from files that were approved, downloaded, printed, sent or shared by you.

If you choose to print your stationery, you are responsible for confirming that your chosen printer can print the file size, format, colours and layout correctly. We recommend requesting a print proof or test print before printing a full order.

Section 8 - Licence and Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product from Dandelion Wedding Studio, you are purchasing a limited licence to use that product for your own personal wedding or event. You are not purchasing ownership of the original design, artwork, template structure, product images, written instructions, guides, branding, graphics or intellectual property.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to edit and use the purchased template for one personal wedding or event only, unless the product page clearly states otherwise.

You may edit the template for your own event, download the personalised version, print it for your own event, share your wedding website with your guests and send the final personalised stationery to your guests.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, copy, reproduce, give away, sublicense, transfer, upload for resale, claim as your own, use for another customer, use as part of a paid service, or create derivative products for sale from any Dandelion Wedding Studio template or digital product.

You may not use our templates, designs, product images, mockups, guides, instructions or written content to create competing products or services.

If you are a wedding planner, designer, stationer, virtual assistant, event professional or any other service provider, you may not purchase our templates for use with your own clients unless you have received written permission from us or the product page specifically allows this type of use.

All rights not expressly granted to you remain owned by Dandelion Wedding Studio or the relevant rights holder.

Section 9 - Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our products, including but not limited to templates, designs, layouts, artwork, graphics, product images, mockups, photographs, written content, guides, instructions, videos, branding, logos, icons, files, downloads and website content, is owned by Dandelion Wedding Studio or used under licence from our suppliers, licensors or third-party platforms.

This content is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, sell, resell, upload, share, scrape, extract, reverse engineer or exploit any part of our website, products, templates or content without our prior written consent.

Dandelion Wedding Studio’s name, branding, product names, designs, logos, slogans and visual identity may not be used without our written permission.

Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to Dandelion Wedding Studio, Shopify, Canva, Templett, Google or any other third party.

Section 10 - Printing and Colour Variations

Digital colours may appear differently across different screens, devices and browsers. Printed colours may also differ from what you see on screen due to paper type, printer settings, ink quality, colour profiles, printing method and the print supplier used.

We are not responsible for colour variation between the digital preview and printed result. We are also not responsible for print quality, paper quality, trimming, alignment, bleed, margins or any errors caused by a third-party printer or at-home printing.

Before printing a full order, you should carefully review your final file and request a test print or proof from your chosen printer where possible.

Section 11 - Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are digital and access may be provided automatically, we do not accept returns of digital products in the same way physical goods can be returned.

Refunds, exchanges or cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please read the Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.

Unless required by law or specifically stated in our Refund Policy, we may not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges once a digital product, download, link, file, template or access instructions have been provided.

We do not offer refunds because a customer changed their mind, no longer needs the product, purchased the wrong item, expected a physical product, did not read the product description, lacks the software or account required to use the product, or is unhappy with a third-party platform that is outside our control.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Section 12 - Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally, information on our website or in our store may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, digital delivery details or other content.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change, update or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time, including after you have placed an order.

Section 15 - Relationship with Shopify

Dandelion Wedding Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services to you. However, any sale or purchase made through our store is made directly between you and Dandelion Wedding Studio.

By using our website and purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Dandelion Wedding Studio, including any issue, loss, damage, claim or dispute arising from products or services purchased from us.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Dandelion Wedding Studio.

We do not guarantee that your final edited template, wedding website, printed stationery, RSVP form, downloads or shared files will meet your expectations, match your screen preview exactly, print perfectly, or work exactly the same across all devices, browsers, printers or third-party platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Section 22 - Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dandelion Wedding Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, partners and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or similar damages arising from your use of our website, products, templates, downloads, links, guides or services.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of savings, loss of data, replacement costs, printing costs, reprinting costs, event-related costs, third-party platform issues, customer editing errors, incorrect information, device issues, internet issues, colour differences, print differences, or any other loss arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
