Overview
Dandelion Wedding Studio sells digital wedding website and stationery templates. All products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped, posted or couriered to you.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing so you understand how your digital product will be delivered.
Digital Products Only
All products sold by Dandelion Wedding Studio are digital products.
This may include, but is not limited to:
Editable Canva wedding website templates
Editable Templett stationery templates
Printable wedding stationery templates
PDF guides and instructions
Google RSVP form guidance
Digital downloads, files, links or access instructions
Because our products are digital, there are no shipping fees, courier charges or physical delivery times.
No Physical Shipping
No printed invitations, stationery, signs, envelopes, wedding websites, cards or physical goods will be shipped to you.
You will receive digital access to your purchased product, which you can edit, download, print or share according to the product description and included instructions.
If you would like printed stationery, you are responsible for downloading your final files and arranging printing through your preferred printer or print supplier.
Digital Delivery
After your purchase has been completed, you will receive access to your digital product through one or more of the following methods:

Downloadable PDF guide
Template access link
Canva template link
Templett access link
Instructions for accessing or editing your template
Delivery is usually automatic, but in some cases there may be a short delay due to payment processing, email filtering, system processing or third-party platform delays.
Email Address Responsibility
Please make sure that the email address used at checkout is correct and accessible.
Your order confirmation, access details, download links or template instructions may be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Dandelion Wedding Studio is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect email address entered at checkout.

If you do not receive your order confirmation, template link, download or access instructions, please first check your:

Junk folder
Promotions folder
Other filtered email folders

Third-Party Platform Delivery
Some products may require access to third-party platforms such as Canva, Templett, Google Forms, Google Sheets or similar tools.
These platforms are not owned or controlled by Dandelion Wedding Studio. Access to your template may depend on the availability, functionality and account requirements of the relevant third-party platform.
We are not responsible for delays, login issues, outages, account restrictions, platform changes or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.
Downloading, Saving and Accessing Your Files
Once your digital product has been delivered, it is your responsibility to download, save, access and store any files, links or instructions provided.
We recommend saving your order confirmation, PDF guide, template links and final edited files somewhere safe.
Printing Responsibility
Dandelion Wedding Studio does not provide printing services unless clearly stated otherwise on a specific product page.
If your purchase includes printable stationery templates, you are responsible for editing the template, downloading the final file and arranging printing through your chosen print supplier.
Printing timelines, print quality, colour accuracy, paper choice, trimming, delivery and any costs from third-party printers are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues
If there is a problem with your digital delivery and the issue is within our control, we will do our best to help resolve it.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
Incorrect email addresses
Email spam or junk filters
Customer device issues
Customer internet connection problems
Third-party platform outages
Canva, Templett or Google account issues
Payment processing delays
Customer unfamiliarity with the required editing platform
