What is included in the digital wedding program?
Your digital wedding program includes editable sections such as a welcome note, wedding party photo list, in memoriam section, order of ceremony, reception itinerary, and menu and drinks section.
Can I edit the wording?
Yes. The wording is fully editable in Canva, so you can personalise the program with your own wedding details, names, timings, menu items and special notes.
Can I change the photos?
Yes. You can replace the example photos with your own images in Canva.
Can I change the colours?
Yes. You can customise the colours to better suit your wedding style, or you can keep the design as shown.
How do guests view the digital program?
Once your digital program is edited and published through Canva, you can share the link with guests by WhatsApp, email, SMS, or by adding it to a QR code on printed stationery.
When should I send the digital program to guests?
You can send it the day before the wedding, on the morning of the wedding, or make it available at the ceremony or reception through a QR code.
Can I print this program?
This product is designed as a digital program. You may print selected pages if needed, but the layout is created mainly for guests to view online from their phone.
Do I need Canva Pro?
No. The template is designed to be edited in the free version of Canva.
Can you edit this for me?
Yes. Add the editing service and I’ll personalise the template with your names, dates, wording, photos and relevant wedding details. This covers personalising the existing design, not creating a new one. If you have something more unique in mind, you’re welcome to get in touch and I can create a custom program to suit your theme.
