Do you offer printing?
No, we do not offer printing at this stage. Once your design is ready, you can print it at home or send the files to your preferred local printer. Your purchase includes simple printing instructions, so you know which files to use and what to ask your printer for.
Can I print at home?
Yes. You can print at home if you have a good-quality printer, especially for smaller items like detail cards, menus, signs, favour tags or table numbers. This can be a lovely way to save money and print only what you need.
Where can I print my stationery?
You can use your preferred local printer, copy shop or online printing service. In South Africa, places like PostNet, Minuteman Press or a trusted local print shop are usually good options.
How do I access my design after
purchase?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to access your design in our online editing software.
How long will I have access to my design?
You’ll have access to your editable design for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What can I change on the design?
You can edit the wording, fonts, font colours, text placement and background colours. Most elements are editable, and if anything is not editable, this will be mentioned in the product description.
Can I get this design in another size or orientation?
Yes. If you need the design in a different size or orientation, please drop me a message and I’ll be happy to help create a custom version for you.
Do I need special software?
No. You’ll edit your design online using our easy-to-use editing software. You do not need Canva, Photoshop, Microsoft Word or any design experience.
What file types can I download?
You can download print-ready files such as PDF, JPG or PNG, depending on what you need for your printer or chosen print method.
Can I edit the design more than once?
Yes. You can go back, make changes, save and download again while your access is active.
