Do I need special software?

No. You do not need Canva Pro, Photoshop, Microsoft Word or any design experience. Your invitation and seating chart are edited online using our easy-to-use editing software, while the Save the Date, wedding website and digital program use a free Canva account. Step-by-step instructions are included for each item.

How does the RSVP work?

Your purchase includes a ready-made Google RSVP form for your wedding. The step-by-step guide shows you exactly how to set it up and use it with your website.

Where do the RSVP responses go?

Your guest replies are collected in your Google RSVP form. The guide also shows you where to find your responses and how to view them.

Can I edit the RSVP form?

Yes. You can edit the wording if needed, but the form has already been set up with a smooth guest-friendly structure, so you can also use it as provided.

How do I publish the website?

Your purchase includes a detailed step-by-step PDF guide showing you how to publish your website through Canva.

How do I share the website with guests?

Once published, you can share your wedding website link by WhatsApp, email, SMS or through the QR code on your wedding invitation.

How does the digital seating chart work?

Guests can open the seating chart from a shared link or scan the QR code at your reception to find their name and assigned table. Printable QR signage is included if you would like to display the code at the venue.

Can I update the website or seating chart after I’ve shared them?

Yes. You can go back and make changes while your access is active, so last-minute updates to wedding information or table assignments can still be made.

Can I see the digital items before I buy?

Yes. Use the Demo button on this page to explore the digital items in the bundle and see what your guests will experience.

What if I don’t want to edit everything myself?

Add our Edit My Templates For Me service at checkout for R495 and we’ll personalise the full bundle using the wedding details you provide.
